Looking for a Persona Injury Paralegal/Underwriter specialist looking to join a fast growing Medical and Finance company in Lake Forest, CA. This person should have strong analytical, logical, and strategic thinking skills, as well as research and data analysis skills. They should also have a strong working knowledge of personal Injury cases and what nuisance to look for when rating a case.
This individual will be responsible working in a team environment determining the viability of personal injury cases and recovery expectations. Your primary goal will be mitigate the overall risk associated with financing PI cases (medical funding) and determining the best rate for doing so on a case by case basis. In addition, we are looking for someone who is familiar with compliance and industry regulations on a state by state basis. This person will be responsible for communicating with executive leadership to keep track of the performance and collections results to ensure best practices are being applied. This is a fully onsite role paying $65,000-80,000 + Bonus, depending on experience.
