Job Title: Quality Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and systems in alignment with our objectives and industry standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality benchmarks and comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Responsibilities - Implement quality control procedures and systems in alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 certification, documentation, and Quality Manual.
- Schedule and oversee internal and external audits.
- Oversee the inspection of incoming materials to ensure they meet necessary specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Manage and guide the quality control team to perform regular product evaluations and identify areas for quality improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage data related to corrective actions, non-conformances, and material certifications.
- Review and update the quality manual and policies regularly.
Essential Skills - Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Working experience with the ISO 9001:2015 process.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $45.67/hr.
