The Director of Manufacturing serves as a proactive, on-site leader, steering the manufacturing processes for both liquid and solid dose forms to ensure optimal operational efficiency and profitability. This role entails the responsibility for the timely execution of production schedules. The Director actively addresses production challenges, seeking and applying effective solutions to improve processes. By aligning departmental efforts with the broader production and organizational goals, the Director leads through subordinate supervisors/managers, overseeing cost management, process methodologies, and overall operational strategies.
