How Youll Make an Impact:
We have a Senior Planner opportunity on our Carters Wholesale team supportingthe Kohlsaccount. This roleis responsible fordeveloping, executing, and communicating strategic plans that will drive growth for our business. This role plays an integral part in the collaboration and relationship between internal and external customers. The ideal candidatehas planning experience withinretailand/or wholesale environment,ananalytical mindset,andcancommunicate effectively withseniorleaders.This role is onsite 4 days/week and will reportintothe VP, Sales Forecasting& Planning.
70%:DevelopPlans and Analyzing the Business
Develop, execute, and communicate strategic merchandise and financial plans that support the merchandising, marketing, and financialobjectivesfor assigned accounts.
30%:Plan management

Must have:
7-8 years of experience in retail/wholesale planning principles, including but not limited to financial budgeting, retail and wholesale fundamentals, and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
