Job Description Superlative is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team of valuation experts. The Manager of Analytics & Valuation position will report to the Vice President of Valuation and Analytics in a key role within our firm's Valuation division. The position will be based out of our corporate office in Cleveland and will support research, analytics and valuation efforts for clients in multiple verticals, including transit, gaming & hospitality, esports, higher education, parks & recreation, professional/collegiate sports, consumer brands and more. We champion a collaborative environment that offers daily interaction and ideation with senior leadership and other executives across the entire company.
Candidate Specification The ideal candidate will demonstrate some or all of the following:
•A good understanding of Naming Rights and Corporate Partnerships in the municipal marketing and sports market;
•Previous experience valuing major Corporate Partnerships in the sporting or infrastructure markets;
•Experience in the assessment of risks associated with all aspects of Naming Rights valuation;
•Experience with providers of finance and / or commercial entities;
•Experience of Project Management with multi-functional teams to meet challenging timescales;
•Experience in detailed client communication and management.

Responsibilities Include: - Performing project-specific original research into industry trends, metrics, statistical references, advertising rates and other data to support valuation development;
- Analyzing demographical, transportation, market and other statistics, factors and trends that directly impact fair market value for sponsorship packages;
- Support valuation report, client presentation and sales proposal development, including research, draft writing, copyediting, proofreading and document design;
- Internal and external presentation of research and project deliverables, including project update documents, valuation reports, and sales proposal materials;
- Maintain proprietary database of public and private sponsorship and Naming Rights agreements as references for current and future projects, collating as requested on a per-project basis;
- Liaise with the Superlative sales team to create specific valuation models resulting from the negotiation process and provide other support for the sales process;
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or business or related field required; Master's degree a plus
- Experience in sponsorship, agency, marketing or advertising, roles with a specialization around strategy, research, consumer insights and/or analytics preferred
- Experience compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources and using that data to build impactful reports/presentations
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent of the time
Compensation: - Salaried position, depending on experience
