Responsibilities :

  • Assist attorneys in preparing estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and a variety of trusts.
  • Provide support with probate and trust administration processes.
  • Draft and electronically file probate pleadings, accounting documents, and other required forms.
  • Manage the collection, valuation, and distribution of estate assets.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review, enter, and correct time charges to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Qualifications :
  • Experience: 35 years of paralegal experience, preferably in trusts and estates, litigation, or tax-related matters.
  • Education: Paralegal degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle workplace stressors with poise.
  • Dedication to maintaining strict client confidentiality.
