These duties include but are not limited to:Provide legal support as needed by the General CounselDraft, review, and revise contracts and advise on contracts and other transactional agreements that are often subject to quick turnaround times, which could include procurement and services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other business documents.Give accurate and timely counsel to the different internal business units and executives on a variety of legal topics.Conduct legal research on a wide range of topicsMonitor applicable state and federal laws, decisional laws from other jurisdictions, and industry publications.Maintain the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct and support the company's goals.Clearly communicate policies and procedures to staffCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply.
