Job Description
As the Director of Audience & Measurement Solutions, you'll lead a team responsible for the foundational data solutions of a modern, scaled retail media network. You'll create strategies and deliver identity, audience and measurement solutions and platforms that produce outputs to drive activation and measurement activities for Best Buy and our advertisers. s. You'll direct digital analytics, including traffic patterns and visitor metrics, to recommend acquisition and loyalty programs. Additionally, you'll recommend additions and modifications to digital platform features to enhance audience visits and returns. Your role will also involve developing relationships with distribution partners to increase audience and grow market share.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do

• Develop the identity and audience platform strategy and partnership vision, inclusive of buy/build, got to market, and everything in-between
• Build a standard measurement platform across all ad products and media platforms
• Lead a high-performing team, building a culture of drive, innovation and fun
• Lead the cleanroom practice, standing up multiple cleanrooms with top partners for both activation and measurement use cases
• Work with other teams to inform the data management strategy of the organization

Basic qualifications

• 6+ years in identity, audience and data management
• 3+ years in retail media product management, or similar
• Data-driven approach
• Advertising product expertise
• Bias for action and results
• Strong collaborator
• Ability to think strategically and have a future-focus
• Deep understanding of the identity and measurement landscape, including major players, disruptors, and trends
• Proven ability to clearly communicate future-looking plans to various levels of leaders across the organization
• Proven track record of building identity, audience and data solutions at scale
• Experience with cleanrooms for activation and/or measurement use cases

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership of a product management organization
• 10+ years in retail media product management or similar, with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience leading a multi-person team
• Experience leading advertising technology and product at a major retailer
• Proven track record of integrating identity solutions
• Proven track record of developing standardized measurement for retail media
