****This is a nightshift position
The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring discrepancies, and preparing reports. This includes balancing stock record receipts, tracking inventory errors, and ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and control
• Develop cycle counts based on cycle count calendar
• Prepare inventory reports for supervisor sign off
• Track inventory errors and make appropriate corrections/recommendations
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Record and maintain control of all inventory items
• Ensure cycle count teams are equipped with proper procedural training
• Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
• Execute consolidation efforts
• Compile information on receipts or disbursements of material and equipment

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (required)
• Intermediate word processing and typing skills (required)
• Basic spreadsheet skills (required)
• RF Scanner Experience (required)
• Forklift & Cherry Picker Experience (required)

Physical Activities: The job may require standing, walking, climbing, balancing, lifting, and using hands. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Environmental Conditions: The warehouse is not temperature-controlled and the noise level is moderate.
