We are a growing, Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on a Litigation Attorney, to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience working in either Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Immigration Law, Estate Planning or Tribal Law.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience
• Have your JD and be in good standing
• Must be licensed in California
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience working in either Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Immigration Law, Estate Planning or Tribal Law.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
• Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
