The Group Vice President is responsible for maintaining and improving key operational metrics. You will develop talent and teams capable of meeting dynamic business requirements to capitalize on profitable growth opportunities. Team member engagement will be key as we continue to build people and processes consistent with our purpose and core values.
In this role, you will lead, manage and improve efforts in operational management, capacity planning and scheduling, logistics and distribution, and order fulfillment. You'll develop and implement strategic plans, KPIs and budgets.

Education and Experience - BA/BS business, finance or economics degree or commensurate experience.
- Ten years of operations, manufacturing, forecasting, distribution, order management, logistics, quality and product-to-market experience.
- Competent working knowledge and skills in reading and interpreting key financial statements (Income Statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, etc.
- Operations experience to meet and exceed the demands that major consumer products retailers place upon suppliers.
- Experience with ERP, Forecasting and project management information systems and applications.
- Able to effectively implement and/or utilize appropriate management reporting tools and key performance indicators to ensure attainment of all fiscal and strategic objectives set for the company.
- Able to manage several concurrent projects.
Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 annually (DOE)
