**Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor**
**Shift:** 2nd Shift | **Pay:** $58K-$64K
Join a local company as a **Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor** ! Were seeking motivated leaders with 2-5 years of recent manufacturing leadership experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assign, train, and direct job tasks to associates across departments (production, receiving, and shipping) to optimize shift efficiency.
+ Monitor production and shipping schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
+ Use metrics, root cause analysis, and lean manufacturing tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Enforce factory rules, policies, and progressive discipline procedures.
+ Oversee and enforce safety protocols across the operation.
+ Analyze production schedules and process flows to resolve obstacles preventing product delivery, while monitoring internal lead times.
**Requirements:**
+ 2-5 years of recent manufacturing leadership experience.
+ Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and team coordination.
+ Experience in production environments with an emphasis on improving setup times, cycle times, scrap reduction, and inventory management.
+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
