Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has raised more than $900 million.About the RoleThe Director of Recruiting will lead and elevate Clinical Provider Network Development Recruiting while nurturing strategic partnerships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Recruiting, this role will focus on leading Contracted Provider Recruitment, but may also help in elevating the broader recruiting function.This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.Responsibilities: Directs one or more sub-functional areas through Managers, Senior Managers and Individual ContributorsLead a diverse and mission-oriented team of recruiting professionalsDrive recruiting initiatives for Lyra to achieve business goals and align with clinical quality, network adequacy and sustainabilityManage pipeline activity, maintaining data integrity and effectively reporting to stakeholdersDevelop recruiting strategies to improve long term program efficiency, manage capacity and resource allocationQualifications: Minimum of 12 years of prior recruiting experience, with a demonstrated success of leading geographically-dispersed recruiting teams, with specific experience scaling high-growth organizations5+ years of recruitment management experience, including management of recruiting managersTrack record of developing highly-impactful recruiting strategies that align with emerging business needs and evolving goalsProven ability to leverage Recruiting Analytics to generate actionable insights, as well as the ability to effectively distill findings and communicate that narrative back to the businessAbility to execute recruiting initiatives seamlessly in a fast-paced and evolving environmentResilient, and solution-oriented approach to solving complex recruiting challengesHighly skilled at stack ranking initiatives and recognizing tradeoffsHealth tech and global expansion experience a plus, but not required$150,000 - $229,000 a year As a full-time Director of Recruiting, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $229,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra.
