We operate in a fast-moving, startup-like environment with lots of responsibility and growth for those who can handle it. We need a Marketing professional who is a self-starter, clear communicator, and can juggle multiple competing priorities.If you feel up for the challenge, we’re excited to learn more about you and to tell you more about this opportunity.Responsibilities:Own all franchisee-focused marketing efforts, including but not limited to:Project manage agency partners to ensure they are achieving the best marketing outcomes for our franchise partnersOwn the onboarding of marketing-related deliverables for new franchisees, in coordination with agency partners and internal technical colleagues (i.e. website landing page, social media accounts, grand opening marketing plan etc.)Train and educate franchisees on pre-sales marketing plan and strategyDevelop marketing playbooks to help franchisees execute local, grassroots marketing effectivelyManage the brand’s email marketing strategy and executionSupport daily marketing requests including design item requests & approvalsTest, track, and analyze traditional and digital marketing campaign performanceConduct marketing calls and presentations with franchiseesManage franchisee communications and public relationsCollaborate with design and development teams on new website launchManage marketing assets and collateral to brand standardsDevelop and manage social media content calendar including content development, in conjunction with the brand’s Social Media ManagerAssist in the creation and implementation of a customer loyalty programLead the relationship with national marketing agencies to help drive traffic and ROAS for franchise partners, while also guiding creative direction, social media strategy, and asset productionOwn Monthly Newsletter and Limited Time Offer (LTO) calendar, including planning and all elements of executionAct as a brand advocate to all stakeholders – internal and externalRequirements:Franchise experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business-related fieldMinimum 2-5 years of experience with an agency and a track record of successWell-rounded knowledge of marketing channels (social, SEM, SEO, influencers, offline media)Ability to oscillate between contributing to the brand’s performance, engagement and brand marketing efforts.Proactive and detail-oriented with a desire to learnAbility to establish effective and positive working relationships with a diverse group of people at many professional levelsProven project management experience and the ability to prioritizeProven analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentComfortable implementing structure and process in an entrepreneurial environments where it may not existExcellent verbal and written communication skills to foster collaboration with FranchiseesWillingness to present publicly at meetings, during webinars and conferencesProven ability to multitaskProficient in Canva and Microsoft OfficeOther Considerations:5% travel (including training at HQ in Jacksonville, FL)This is a remote position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
