PRESIDENT Upward Broadband, based in Lancaster, PA, is a family-owned fixed wireless internet provider established in 2019 to deliver fast, reliable, and secure internet to underserved areas in south-central Pennsylvania, including Centre, Chester, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Lancaster counties. Upward Broadband is seeking a hands-on leader to serve as President. In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, the President will advance, implement, and develop strategic plans while also casting future direction and vision. Additionally, the President will be responsible for cultivating results for day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and procedures for efficiency. The President will ensure the organization's continued commitment to outstanding customer service and exceptional product quality. The ability to develop and implement business approaches that align with Upward Broadband's mission and goals is essential to the role. The ideal candidate will champion the culture and continue to bring customers "Internet without the hassle". Position qualifications: - Successful track record of demonstrating and strengthening company culture and core values - 5 - 10 years of leadership experience including developing people and teams - Overall business operations experience and financial acumen, including sales and marketing, required; experience obtaining grants; a plus - A working knowledge of the telecom/IT industry and/or technology related fields - Experience growing a start-up organization or successfully scaling a line of service or business; strongly preferred - Construction industry knowledge; a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred Please submit resume and cover letter:
