About the Position: This Executive - will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all company divisions & business units to function efficiently and effectively.
- Partner with the CEO with full P&L oversee
- Work with senior leaders on operational strategies & business objectives
- Performance management, resource allocation, client relationships
- Safety, quality, client satisfaction, strategic implementation
- Procedures & processes
Requirements: - Full General Contractor side experience is Mandatory
- Education - (BA/BS) 4-year College Degree - MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience - minimum of 15 years in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations of at least $500M annually
- General Contracting (Fully) - Working with large, diversified project types is a plus
- Certifications - relevant industry certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar is desirable
- Software Skills - Microsoft
