This position will be responsible for planning, developing and strengthening our community relationships, which
will increase consumer, mortgage, and commercial volume along with expanding LAFCU's brand throughout
Michigan
- Develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with dealerships, realtors, and business owners to enhance LAFCU's dealership, mortgage, and commercial programs. Build partnerships that drive growth and deliver value to our members.
- Visit communities and businesses throughout Michigan to promote the LAFCU brand and uncover new opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Maintain ongoing communication with associates via calls, emails, and texts, including after-hours when necessary, to ensure seamless experiences for Finance Managers, Salespeople, Owners, Realtors, and members.
- Collaborate with our Commercial Loan and Mortgage Officers to drive growth in both areas, providing support and leveraging partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Represent LAFCU at community events, maintaining a strong and visible corporate presence while promoting our products and services to prospective partners and members.
