Justin Gaffrey Gallery is seeking a full-time Gallery Sales Manager. As the sales manager, you will be responsible for handling the daily operations and sales at our 30A Gallery. You will also manage the marketing and growth of local, national, and international business. You will work directly with the artist, Justin Gaffrey, and small gallery team.
Your primary responsibility will be growing sales through daily operations, holding special events, and email/social media marketing. However, flexibility and adaptability is a must in this position, as the needs of the gallery can and do change quickly. We are a small team that is obsessed with innovation and your special strengths and interests will influence the direction of growth in your position.

- Articulate and social with clients and team, luxury sales experience a plus

- Excellent communication skills and organization- must be able to manage a large database of communications both internally and externally, across platforms

Responsibilities:
- Sell a large volume of artwork; managing client relationships before, during, and after their time in the gallery
- Set and achieve sales goals, independently and as a team
- Market & promote artwork, events, and special announcements using shopify website, email marketing programs, and social media
- Manage long and short term relationships with businesses, press, collaborations, collectors, etc.
- Organize & run gallery events and exhibitions, local and remote
- Base Salary DOE + Unlimited Sales Commission Potential
