Essential Functions: - Process various daily, weekly, or monthly lending support tasks, including but not limited to: Indirect loan funding and account opening; review, process, and audit paid loans and low balance loans; complete vehicle lien filings and releases; complete real estate deed (lien) filings and releases; process inbound and outbound USPS and overnight mail; process total loss claims; and process unearned premiums (Lenders Protection and Gap refunds).
- Owns completion of loan servicing requests and provides timely member resolution and follow up. These requests include, but are not limited to: moving consumer and real estate loans to a different account, processing skip a pays, making due date changes, retrieving/supplying loan related documentation and credit card balance transfer requests.
- Maintains up to date knowledge related to lending procedures, policies, and regulations related to lending services; Trains and assists junior or peer lending services team members on relevant and applicable department procedures and functions; Drafts and maintains loan servicing procedures.

Experience: - Requires one to three years of similar or related experience.
- Requires a high school education or GED.
- Based on the demands of this role, this position is on site Monday-Friday. Flexibility for a WFH option may be considered on an as needed basis and is up the discretion of management.
