At AESSEAL, we design and manufacture sealing solutions for a sustainable future. Our primary solution is producing a proprietary pump seal that is ADA Approved and will significantly reduce costs for the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food and Beverage industries.
We are looking for experienced Business Development Representatives with current relationships with decision makers in the following industries:

1. Oil and Gas
2. Chemical
3. Mining
4. Pharmaceutical
5. Food and Beverage

Qualifications
The Business Development Representative is also Required to have the following Skills and Abilities .

1. Basic Mechanical Aptitude (understand rotating equipment including pumps)
2. The ability to conduct Market Research (LinkedIn, Google Maps, ZoomInfo, ect.)
3. The ability to Develop Lasting Customer Relationships
4. Intermediate Math Skills (calculate percentages, and discounts)
5. Intermediate Writing Skills (test, email, social media, presentations)
6. The skill to Listen Actively
7. Exceptional Time Management Skills
8. Exceptional Initiative Skill (be the first responder)

We PREFER the Business Development Representative to possess the following Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a 2-year degree and / or 2 years of experience in a mechanical related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years sales experience.
3. The Intermediate Skill of using Microsoft - Excel.
4. The ability to build an Extensive Network of Business Acquaintances.
5. The skill of Strategic Thinking: The ability to play out alternative scenarios in the future.
