About Crown Staffing

Crown Staffing is searching for a Business Development Manager in Greenville, SC. The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new accounts and servicing existing accounts in the Representative’s assigned territory. They are also responsible for promoting and selling Crown’s staffing services via personal contact with potential clients by regularly calling on clients at their place of business.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience in a competitive sales environment
  • Prior B2B, staffing industry sales experience is required.
  • Must be sales oriented, sales-driven, and possess strong negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in the recruiting/staffing industry is preferred
  • Highly developed telephone, customer services, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in obtaining and maintaining accounts
  • Experience with CRM Management/HubSpot a plus
  • Satisfactory results of background check, drug test, and driving record

About the Role

  • Aggressively seek out new business through cold-calling, networking, and following up on referrals; calling and emailing potential clients to set up face-to-face appointments to meet at the client's place of business.
  • Conduct sales presentations
  • Execute proposals
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and all other inquiries
  • Maintain client paperwork
  • Properly qualify prospects/clients
  • Regularly attend internal and external sales meetings
  • Support marketing efforts of company/region (i.e. specific campaigns)
  • Conduct needs analysis of prospects and existing clients
  • Follow up on qualified sales leads
  • Properly assess safety at client/prospect site by performing walkthroughs and reviews of OSHA logs
  • Meet and exceed all sales objectives as predetermined by the manager
  • Develop and cultivate network relationships with local businesses
  • Identify the clients' staffing personnel needs and communicate client needs to the office staff
  • Create and deliver a strategic sales plan, and maintain sales contact records and reports, including CRM management
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
