About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Monterey County to lead and oversee the clinical side of our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program. This is a leadership role requiring a strong ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day operations. While a clinical background is a plus, demonstrated experience in leadership and familiarity with CalAIM programs are critical to success. Local expertise in Monterey and surrounding counties is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 15 employees across Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Merced Counties.
  • Must be willing to attend community events in designated counties
  • Conduct audits of care plans and assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including handling grievances, addressing call-outs, and maintaining accountability.
  • Ensure staff have clear daily plans and provide direct supervision where needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program delivery and achieve organizational goals.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Social Work, or any relevant field and 2 years of experience working with CalAIM programs, ECM, or housing initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading teams, ideally in case management or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Monterey area and its unique needs.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
