They are responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress, and tracking all projects from initiation to completion. The main objectives are to facilitate internal workflow and manage the process that allows the coordination and release of digital deliverables, all while clearly communicating what is on the agency's “hotlist” to key stakeholders.Their end goal?
