About the role:

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to enhance our agency's client portfolio. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and promoting our recruiting services to contribute to the agency's strategic growth.

What You Will Do

  1. Identify and target potential clients in alignment with our business objectives and industry focus.
  2. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  6. Monitor and report on sales metrics, market insights, and progress towards business development goals.
  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish the agency's presence and expand its network.

What You Will Need

  1. 1+ years of business development and sales experience within the recruitment or staffing industry required.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry dynamics, and client needs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
