What you will do:

• Create, execute, and analyze digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Creation of digital content (photos, video, website, copy, etc.)
• Manage active social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Work with management to develop business strategies and marketing objectives.
• Continuously analyze sales data stemming from the marketing efforts to adjust for changing business needs.
• Work efficiently within a marketing budget to drive long and short-term planning
• Leverage manufacturer co-op programs to maximize available marketing dollars.
• Ability to analyze, recommend, and implement marketing opportunities.
• Manage online reputation by monitoring review sites and handling issues as they occur.

• Minimum of 4 years marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business (preferred)
• Outstanding writing and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, and customers where applicable
• Well-versed in WordPress, SalesForce.com, and PowerPoint
