JOB TITLE: Global Campaign Manager
LOCATION: Onsite in Seattle, WA
DURATION: 6 months
PAY RANGE: $45-55/hour

Job Description:
  • Lead initiatives to globalize demand generation strategy and online experience for tier 1 in person and virtual events globally, to enable field event marketing teams to scale with high bars on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of global and regional stakeholders to define the strategy for digital marketing and lead generation campaigns at global scale, including project management, development, and QA of campaign materials, implementation, and reporting.
  • Own planning and reporting, including status, priorities, action items, risks (and mitigations), and execution. Ensure each team has the information and assets needed to effectively deliver their key priorities.
  • Analyze data and align with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support locations feasibility and registration, attendance, and pipeline goals.
  • Own creation and optimization of marketing content needed to drive demand, including email, landing page, and templates to enable digital marketing to build at scale globally across MarTech tools.
  • Identify and share best practices for audience targeting, database hygiene, and digital channel measurement.
  • Report on key success metrics and performance (primarily registration, attendance, channel engagement) and translate that to apply insights and enhance mechanisms and processes to support a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.
  • Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with central and event field marketing stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels.
  • Manage external agency relationship and resourcing, as needed, to augment team capacity to execute campaigns with strong ROI.
Required Skills:

Years of Experience:
  • 6+ years minimum, 10+ years preferred

Degree or Certification:
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
