•Will work in conjunction with Supervisors on a day to day basis
•Responsible for Boring Equipment set-ups and managing operators
•Organize personnel according to daily schedule.
•Verifies that all machinery is producing at company standards as well as Quality and Safety.
•Ensure company safety standards at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience:
5 years of manufacturing experience as a Machine Operator
Previous experience with Boring Equipment
Skills:
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
Ability to assess and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess full knowledge of setup/change over all equipment within the cell/line, and perform them at standard operating rates within minimum downtime.
Must have Drawing/Blueprint reading ability, Quality control experience using calipers, and basic math skills (calculate measurements).
