Automotive Sales Manager - Luxury European Brands Midwestern Auto Group (MAG) We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to drive sales by effectively managing the sales team while maximizing volume, profit, and the customer experience.

Responsibilities include: - Ensures team members establish and build strong rapport with customers in order to provide an enjoyable car buying experience
- Collaborates with salespeople to determine the best vehicle selection to satisfy customers' needs
- Assist customers with financing needs as necessary
- Maintains dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport, answering questions, providing information, resolving discrepancies and dissatisfactions, maintaining a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations
- Determines customer creditworthiness as needed
- Responsible for ensuring deals are funded in a timely fashion
- Ensures the sales team completes timely follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients
- Continuously develops the sales team's product and sales knowledge
- Ensures sales team achievement of strategic sales and CSI/NPS targets
- Leads sales team and maintains positive working relationships
- Responsible for sales team's required manufacturing training
- Seeks opportunities to bring organizational value
Work Experience: - Automotive sales experience preferred
- Previous sales management experience required
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems and technologies (preference for Elead & AutoAlert)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
