The Digital Marketing internship with Puratos will support digital marketing activities and ecommerce plans to drive new business development and lead generation. When you are a Puratos Intern, you will be a contributing member of a dynamic and collaborative team, and gain hands on experience with Marketing Communications, Customer Marketing, Product Management, and Consumer Insights. This is a paid full-time, 40 hour per week internship. This position will be located in our Pennsauken, NJ Headquarters
Primary Responsibilities
Internship assignments within the Digital Marketing position will include:

• Website
  • Regularly Update website content with a focus in product page updates, recipe uploads and maintenance of news sections of our website
• Support ongoing optimization of website content and UX
• Social Media
  • Support and help develop the implementation of the social media and communication content strategy for various platforms. These platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Assists in the execution of social media growth and engagement strategy across multiple social media accounts
  • Work internally with different departments to gather content around sustainability and CSR efforts
• Communications
  • Create, review and edit email communications to be shared with customers
  • Author blogs and content with the help of our internal teams
  • Regularly update and maintain content on our SharePoint site for internal teams
• Performance Assessments
  • Assist in data gathering and evaluation of social media/digital marketing initiatives against stated goals
• Opportunity to present findings and recommendations to internal teams

Requirements:

• University Degree (or working towards one) with an excellent academic track record in a Marketing, Consulting, or Business area of study
• Previous work or Internship experience is a plus, preferably in the Food, CPG or similar industry
• An understanding of marketing basics to drive business goals
• Drive for collaboration, flexibility and achievement orientation
• Engagement and passion for the Food industry
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office suite
