Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at our Alsip, IL location. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care, maintaining medical records, and performing administrative tasks. They will also be involved in medical terminology, medical office coordination, and patient care activities daily Monday to Friday—no Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• Medical Assisting and Medical Office skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Experience in patient care and medical records management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting or related field is preferred
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus, and computer knowledge is essential.
