Role Description

This is a contract role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional. The role involves providing social work services, case management, and mental health support to clients. This is an on-site and telehealth position located in Hastings, MI.

Qualifications

• Social Work and Mental Health skills
• Case Management expertise
• Mental Health and Behavioral Health knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with Trauma
• Active license as a Licensed Mental Health Professional
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
