Hello,
We are in the process of seeking a towing dispatcher.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Demonstrate composure while managing both urgent and routine calls
-Facilitate communication among drivers, contacts, and the management team
-Monitor driver logs
-Keep records of calls, tows and vehical maintenance
-Resolve issues in a professional manner
-Dispatch team members
-Contact authorities if necessary
Position Requirements
-Must be at lease 18 years old
-Organizational skills
-Positive, professional demeanor
-Excellent verbal and writted communication skills
-Comfortable with technology
-Must be able to pass a drug test
