Job Summary:

We are seeking a clinically capable, tech-savvy, and managerial-minded healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinic Manager. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, compassionate extrovert ready to lead our clinic operations and support our mission of revolutionizing healthcare.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy and IV therapy.
• Assist physicians with medical procedures.
• Support with clinical administrative tasks and care coordination.
• Dispense medications as needed.

Non-Clinical Responsibilities:

• Manage receptionist duties, including clinic scheduling and sales participation.
• Oversee clinic inventory management and ordering.
• Handle facilities management to ensure a smooth clinic operation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current license in North Carolina.
• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to perform phlebotomy, IV therapy, and assist in medical procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and adept at learning new systems.
• Experience in inventory management and administrative tasks would be ideal
• A nurturing, patient-centered approach with a passion for healthcare transformation.
