Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Feeder to join their team. As a Machine Feeder, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physical stamina which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine FeederLocation: Washington, PAPay Range: $18/hrWhat's the Job? Continuously feeding raw materials (paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.) into the machine based on production requirements. Inspecting materials for defects before feeding them into the machine to maintain product quality. Monitoring the machine operation to identify potential issues like jams or misfeeds and reporting them to the operator. Making minor adjustments to the machine feed as needed to maintain consistent production flow. Assisting with packaging tasks like stacking boxes or banding pallets once the product is processed.What's Needed? Ability to handle materials with precision and accuracy while feeding them into the machine. Identifying and reporting any quality issues with materials. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. Understanding how the production machinery operates and identifying potential problems.
