How You Care for Our Patients

As the Nursing Supervisor, you will have administrative responsibility for managing staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. You will be a liaison between staff, patients, and the patients' families, as well as between staff and physicians. You will be responsible for coverage of the Nursing Department, other hospital departments, and the hospital in general during designated shifts.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment modalities
  • Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Previous experience in psychiatric or substance inpatient, restraint reduction de-escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred
