Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri, no weekends or Holidays

Requirements:
- IL License
- 1 Year Experience
- 6 months experience working with peds required
- BLS
- EPIC charting experience required
Other Details:
- Charting: EPIC
- May be needed to float between pediatric and adult outpatient OT.

- No Locals, 70 mile radius is considered local

Occupational Therapist
6 months experience working with peds required
Unit Details: Outpatient Pediatric is the primary need, if the OT can float to OP adult or acute OT in the hospital when their schedule allows this would be helpful.

Special Requirements: Pediatric Outpatient, Autism, Handwriting, Learning Disability, Visual Perceptual Skills Testing/Treatment, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Cognitive Assessment, and EPIC charting experience required.
