  • The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plan of care.
  • The incumbent creates an atmosphere that supports the vision: To be our region's most trusted partner in healthcare.
  • As the primary care giver, the Staff Nurse, RN provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Decisions are made independently and in collaboration with others.
  • The incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
  • Travelers may be asked to float to similar units and may need to float to other locations depending on census.
  • Will work every other weekend.
    Job Requirements
  • Heart Recovery experience is required.
  • Experience with balloon pump and CRRT training.
    Schedule Information
  • Will work every other weekend.
