Job Details
- Responsible for assisting providers in performing minimally invasive procedures using advanced imaging technology.
- Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, operating radiologic equipment such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
- This role will also assist in maintaining accurate records, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to infection control protocols.
- Hours rotate between 7:30am start and 5pm end.
Job Requirements
- Proof of COVID Vaccine series OR Bivalent booster required.
- Proof of 2 immunizations or positive titer for all three.
- N95 mask: 3M 9205+, 3M 1870+, 3M 8210, or 3M 8210+. Must be done within a year of start.
- 3 Immunization Series, Positive Titer or Declination (Must be on facility form).
- Flu shot documentation from September-May.
- If history of positive PPD/TB blood test must have a CXR done after the positive test.
- Two PPD Skin tests or One IGRA completed within the last year.
- Proof of 2 immunizations or Positive Titer.
- Proof of Immunization within 10 years.
