Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nursing department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support healthcare teams, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. * Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. * Adhere to all safety and health regulations and protocols. * Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications: * Active Florida RN License. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's (ASN) degree required. * BLS Certification required. * ACLS Certification required. * Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. * Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. * Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
