Job Details
- Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Job Requirements
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
- 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.
- Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted.
- Documentation of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster by a healthcare provider.
