- L&D/PP/MB/NICU Level 2 - RN position at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital
- Unit includes 6 L&D beds, 11 postpartum beds, and 4 nursery beds
- Average of 60 births per month, with a total of 698 births per year
- Night shift nurse must have strong leadership skills and be well-rounded in experience
- Critical thinking is important on the unit, with a possible 3 RN's on shift or 2 RN's and OB Tech
Job Requirements
- Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring (FHM)
- Prefer previous travel experience
- Must be comfortable working in all areas listed above
Schedule Information
- Shifts are from 7 AM to 7:30 PM/AM
- Schedule is filled in per the needs of the facility, with possible block scheduling
- Weekend and holiday requirements are rotated, with flexibility needed

- Travelers may assist with new hire orientation as needed
- Unit is welcoming, with many travelers returning or going permanent
