    Certification Details
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
    Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position at Community Hospital in Munster, Indiana.
  • Must pass EKG exam onsite.
  • 1.5-2 years of work experience required.
  • Patient Ratios – 4 or 5:1.
  • Float Required – Yes.
  • Electronic Documentation - EPIC.
  • Accepts first time travelers – Yes.
    Job Requirements
  • ACLS and BLS required.
  • State License Verification required prior to signing.
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required upon hire.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Candidates will be required to complete Pass/Fail testing during the first day of orientation.
    Additional Details
  • Required documents include Emergency Contact Form, E-Verify, and Drivers License/State ID.
  • ACLS and BLS must be updated prior to start if expiring within 60 days of start date.
