Key Responsibilities

• • Provide care for patients of all ages, treating injuries such as lacerations, sprains, fractures, rashes, small-joint reductions, incision, and drainage, and more.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with low-acuity medical conditions ensuring timely and effective care. Responsible for assessing patients for higher-acuity conditions and coordinating their transfer to the appropriate level of care.
  • Cover all ExpressCARE locations across the region, including video visits when needed.
  • ExpressCARE hours of operation are 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
  • Work primarily 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling, including on-call requirements and weekend coverage.
  • Deliver high-quality care with a focus on accessibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a clinician in urgent care or emergency medicine. 
• Active or eligible PA Physician Assistant or PA Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• BLS required.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Telemedicine experience preferred but not required.
• EPIC training preferred.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel.
