Our team
Our Palliative care provider team, nurse navigators, and social workers work together with primary care physicians using all appropriate forms of medical treatment including curative intent to improve the best possible quality of life of our patients.
Position Overview
Provider care team of 1 full-time and 1 part-time physician and 2 nurse practitioners (when fully staffed)
1.0 FTE position
No Call
Mostly outpatient with some possible inpatient work
4- or 5-day work week option
Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program
Epic Electronic Medical Record
2 - 4 days per month of coverage in surrounding rural communities

Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications
