Crozer Health, the premier health system and dominant provider of health care in Pennsylvania’s Delaware County, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Trauma, Neuro surgery, Neurology, General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Gastroenterology & Cardio Thoracic. Our comprehensive and multidisciplinary breast program accredited with the National Accreditation Program for Breast Center.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an APP to work in an exceptional setting, support a unique specialty practice, and become a well-respected clinician in a growing health network. This position will also include outpatient office hours where the APP will have the opportunity to follow and care for patients as they are part of the evaluation efforts for the patients’ condition, treatment and continuum of care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care of benign and malignant breast disease.
• The Physician Assistant or CRNP will support two hospitals - Crozer and Taylor Hospital and will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, including a full-time nurse navigator.

Requirements:

• CRNP or Physician Assistant and have or be able to obtain an unrestricted license in Pennsylvania,
• Master’s Degree, BLS Certification and National Board Certification.
