  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • PTA IN state license required.
    Job Details
  • Position / Specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Shift: 5x8s
  • First timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: Every 3rd.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek.
  • 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
  • Special Requirements: Ortho, neuro, wound care, vestibular, stroke.
    Job Requirements
  • PTA IN state license required.
  • BLS REQ: Yes
  • Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
  • RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays
    Schedule Information
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed.
  • Weekend REQ: Every 3rd.
    Unit Specific Information
  • This is a critical access 12 bed hospital.
  • 90% of care is outpatient with 10% being acute care hospital and swingbed.
    Additional Details
  • Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
  • HIPAA Acknowledgement required.
