  • Outpatient Pediatric is the primary need, if the OT can float to OP adult or acute OT in the hospital when their schedule allows this would be helpful.

    Job Requirements
  • Certs REQ: BLS and IL OT state license
  • Special Requirements: Pediatric Outpatient, Autism, Handwriting, Learning Disability, Visual Perceptual Skills Testing/Treatment, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Cognitive Assessment, and EPIC charting experience required.
    Schedule Information
  • Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. Please note: SSM may cancel (call-off) the following per 4-week period: Up to 8 hours for Candidates confirmed to 8-hour shifts. Up to 10 hours for Candidates confirmed to 10-hour shifts. Up to 12 hours for Candidates confirmed to 12-hour shifts.
