  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Certification

    Job Details
  • Stepdown nursing position with a patient ratio of at least 1:3.
  • Must have at least 1 year of ICU and IICU stepdown experience in a large teaching hospital.
  • Experience with trauma-related injuries such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and surgical care is required.
  • Average Daily Census: 20 (21 beds total) with staffing ratios of 7 RNs, maximum 3:1.
  • Epic experience is required.
    Job Requirements
  • 1+ year of critical care experience is required.
  • Must have ventilator experience.
  • Locals accepted if over 100 miles or 50 miles for night shift.
  • Pending license accepted: No.
  • All RTO must be included at the time of submission.
    Schedule Information
  • Guaranteed hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Must have ACLS certification for stepdown unit. Certification cannot expire within 30 days of start.
    Additional Details
  • Proof of I9 or Attestation is required.
  • Driver's License is required ASAP for computer access.
  • E-Verify or Attestation is required.
