  • Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.
  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered.
  • 24 months minimum of current PCU experience required.
    Job Requirements
  • Active Arizona RN License required.
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and included in submission - REQUIRED.
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
    Schedule Information
  • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
  • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
  • RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
    Unit Specific Information
  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
  • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
    Additional Details
  • Candidates must include a copy of their AZ home address on their drivers license in submission.
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
  • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
