    Job Details
  • General job duties include collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
  • Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards.
  • Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
  • Equipment utilized includes One Chart/EPIC, Omnicell, Phillips tele monitoring/remote telemetry.
    Job Requirements
  • 1 year ICU experience required; ER skills are a plus.
  • Active MN state RN license required.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
    Schedule Information
  • 12 hour rotating shifts, 2 weekends on a 6 week schedule, no call requirements.
  • Opportunity for additional shifts.
    Unit Specific Information
  • One Day ICU, One Day Med Surg, One Day ER training if skills are available.
    Additional Details
  • Candidate may require time off during initial assignment.
  • Candidate's employment status (1099 employee) needs to be clarified.
  • Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience within a critical access facility is required.
  • Candidates must be able to work with both MS and ICU patients interchangeably.
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be AHA certified.
